Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information and ensuring that T’slickz Detailing has reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

For mobile services, the customer must ensure that the vehicle is located in an area where the requested services can be performed safely and legally.

We understand that plans can change. Customers should provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit being required for future appointments.

Customers should remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service.

T’slickz Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, loose or damaged components, worn materials, failing clear coat or paint, aftermarket modifications, or other conditions that existed before the service began.

Some stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, water spots, paint defects, or other imperfections may not be completely removable. We do not guarantee complete removal unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Paint correction results depend on the condition and thickness of the vehicle’s paint and clear coat. Some defects may be too deep or unsafe to completely remove.

Ceramic coating durability depends on factors including vehicle use, environmental exposure, washing methods, maintenance, and proper aftercare. Any stated coating lifespan is an expected durability period under appropriate conditions and is not a guarantee that the coating will perform identically on every vehicle.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

Prices and service offerings may change at any time. Any price agreed upon for an existing appointment will be honored unless the scope of work changes or additional work is authorized.

If you have a concern about a completed service, please contact T’slickz Detailing as soon as reasonably possible so we have an opportunity to review and address the concern.

To the extent permitted by law, T’slickz Detailing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
